Before the first dip
A practical preparation guide, with your actual pouch at hand.

Gather the few things you supply
Set out BubbleStix Bubble Mix, one gallon of water, the dish soap specified by the pouch, and a clean mixing and dipping container. Use your actual pouch for exact ingredients, quantities, mixing sequence, and any resting or storage directions.
Mix one batch as directed
Mix BubbleStix Bubble Mix with one gallon of water as directed on your pouch. Follow its dish-soap directions. Keep the package beside you while preparing the batch so you can check each instruction. A kit contains multiple pouches; you can prepare for the outing rather than mixing the entire kit at once.
Choose a container for a complete dip
The ropes need enough space to become completely submerged in the prepared mix. Set the container on stable ground within easy reach, with clear footing around it. Position it where the person making bubbles can step into an open space after dipping.
Wet all the ropes, then lift high
Let the ropes hang freely and dip them completely. Keep the sticks together while lifting them high. This gives you a clear starting position before opening your arms.
Open wide with the wind at your back
Face the direction the breeze is moving and open wide. In still air, walk backwards slowly along a clear path. Bring the sticks together and dip completely again for your next bubble. Supervise children and keep the movement area clear.
Finish with an easy cleanup
Follow your pouch directions for remaining mix and the supplied equipment-care instructions. Clean up slippery spills, put the remaining pouches away, and keep the equipment together for your next afternoon.
